1. General

"Platform" means Individual Entrepreneur Kozhakhmetov (BIN 890909301866), Almaty, Dostyk Avenue, email: os77sixpoint@gmail.com, and any successor operator of the platform.

This document constitutes a public offer.

2. Subject

Access to digital content for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance includes payment, registration, or use of the website.

4. Digital Content

• content is provided in digital form
• access may begin immediately after payment
• the service is deemed performed from first access

5. Subscription

Auto-renew unless canceled by the User.

6. No Refund

User waives refund rights after access begins.

7. Payments

Includes cards and authorized payment aggregators (including Lemon Squeezy). The Platform is not liable for payment-provider failures.

8. Chargebacks

Unjustified chargebacks may result in access termination, account removal, and recovery of losses.

9. IP

Content is strictly protected. Copying, screen recording, and redistribution are prohibited.

10. Liability

The Platform is not liable for learning outcomes, data loss, or lost profits. Liability is limited to the amount paid.

11. Force Majeure

No liability for circumstances beyond reasonable control.

12. Termination

The Platform may suspend access or delete accounts for breach or risk.

13. Law

Republic of Kazakhstan.
