Instructor Agreement

Social Dance Pro Academy (socialdance.online)

Platform: IE Kozhakhmetov

1. Status

The Instructor is an independent contractor, not an employee of the Platform.

2. Content rights

The Instructor warrants that they have the rights to the content and that music and samples are used lawfully.

3. License

The Instructor grants the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to host, stream, and promote the content on Social Dance Pro Academy.

4. Revenue share

Revenue share is defined individually and is not fixed in this agreement.

The Revenue Share (commission) is determined by the individual conditions specified in the Instructor's Personal Account/Admin Panel for each specific course.

5. Payouts

Payable after deductions for fees, refunds, chargebacks, and applicable taxes.

6. Liability & indemnity

The Instructor indemnifies the Platform against copyright, music licensing, and related claims.

7. Removal

The Platform may remove content that violates law, third-party rights, or platform rules.
